We dispatch daily with GLS and Post throughout the EU, Switzerland, United States and Canada. You will get a notification email with a tracking code as soon as your parcel has left our house.
At the checkout you can choose whether you prefer GLS or the Post as your shipping partner. Depending on country and shopping cart value both are not always available.
You can collect your order from "Die Stoffschwester" in Vienna. To do this select the "collect your order in-store" option when on the checkout page. This is a free service. We will contact you to confirm that your order is ready to collect, please do not expect it to be ready immediately after purchase. The order confirmation email that you will receive as soon as you place your order does not mean that your order is ready, this is only to confirm that we have received your order.
