In addition to the well-known features of the successful baby lock coverlock machines, it shines with the so-called RevolutionAir system. This air threading system ensures quick and easy threading of the hooks and now even the needle eye in just a few simple steps. The knee lever and the speed control offer unparalleled comfort and help you with complicated sewing projects. When the foot is up, the machine does not start sewing, guaranteeing additional safety. The tried-and-tested automatic thread feed system (ATD) also makes things easier, eliminating the need to manually adjust the thread tension.

The already uncomplicated change from coverstitch to overlock stitch now also eliminates one step when changing needles. As soon as the needles are removed from the holder, the fastening screws no longer need to be tightened.

With up to 8 threads , the Gloria enables a very wide range of decorative effects and seam combinations, including the well-known baby lock wave stitch. The RevolutionAir system helps you to thread the thread into the hook channel at the touch of a button. A unique feature of this system is the automatic needle threader, which also works at the touch of a button. Once you've experienced it, you'll never want anything else.

The proven thread feed system (ATD) and seam preselection also take the worry out of adjusting thread tensions. Foot pressure and differential feed (0.6 - 2.0 :1) can be adjusted at any time. A wide passage allows you to carry out larger projects flexibly. The bright LED technology rounds off the overall package of the coverstitch machine.

Foot pressure regulator

The RevolutionAir threading system, built into a coverstitch machine for the first time, makes threading your Gloria child's play. From now on, the thread can be threaded not only by air into the hooks, but also into the needle eye. No more annoying tracking of colored threading points, no more confusion due to free-hanging threads or starting over because you made a mistake. Simply select the desired looper thread, insert it into the threading opening, press the button and the thread is automatically threaded into the tip of the looper. The order of the threads to be threaded automatically does not matter. You'll never want anything else again.

Setting options

The setting options for stitch width and stitch length are clearly arranged. For closed or tubular garments, you can switch the knife off quickly and easily using a switch and switch it on again when required. As a small support, the knife can be lowered so far that a small stop remains as a guide.

Differential feed

How often do you have problems with stretch fabrics that they pucker completely at the end of sewing or the seam is displaced? With the help of the differential feed, the Gloria ensures optimum fabric feed with stretch fabrics and thus prevents seam puckering or protruding seams. If desired, you can achieve imaginative pucker effects, stretch the seams or create a desired wavy seam.

Practical accessory compartment

No more searching for your Victory accessories. In the practical accessory compartment under the spool holder on the right, all the important utensils are stored and ready to hand. Among other things, you will find:

Stitch length

Using an adjusting knob, you can not only change the stitch length, but also switch your Gloria to rolled hem. A stitch length between 0.75 mm and 4 mm is also available in the rolled hem area. Read the setting values on a simple scale.

Stitch width

Knife and chain finger move together. This changes the seam width and not just the cutting width as is usually the case. This prevents overcuts and undercuts. There is no need to adjust the amount of loop thread. The stitch becomes wider or narrower without tedious and time-consuming adjustment.
