Fleece fix
Adhesive web on carrier paper - drawing aid and iron-on aid at the same time. Fabrics and/or different materials can be joined together by simply pressing them on. Ideal for imaginative appliqués and textile handicrafts in all shapes and colors, for napkin techniques and for mending.
Areas of application
For joining layers of fabric, e.g. appliqué, handicrafts or repairs. For all fabrics, raffia, cardboard, wood. Also suitable for leather at low temperatures.
Processing
1. trace or draw the motif mirror-inverted onto the paper side of Vliesofix® and cut it out roughly
2. place the Vliesofix® with the rough side on the wrong side of the fabric and iron on for approx. 5-10 seconds;
3. cut out the motif exactly and peel off the backing paper;
4. then place the coated side down on the desired area of another fabric. Cover with a damp cloth and iron in stages for 10 seconds.
5 Sew around the appliqué with a zig-zag stitch, underlay with stabilizer if necessary.
