What is Infusible Ink suitable for?
Infusible Ink transfer tapes are ideal for personalized clothing, bags, pillowcases and other DIY ideas as long as the substrate is compatible. Typically suitable are textile materials with a high polyester content as well as specially coated, heat-resistant blanks for ceramics or metal. Dyeing the material creates durable prints that are easy to wash and abrasion-resistant.
Processing tips
- Work clean: A lint-free surface and clean work surface ensure smooth transfers.
- Mirror: Mirror motifs before cutting if text or direction is important.
- Cutting and weeding: Cut with a cutting machine or sharp knife and carefully remove excess material.
- Press correctly: Perform transfer with hot press or good iron and suitable pressure. Select temperature and time according to manufacturer's instructions.
- Allow to cool: Allow to cool completely before removing the backing paper to obtain clean contours.
